TMC Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Handbook

The purpose of this project is to achieve improved TMC performance monitoring, data management, evaluation and reporting practice, which will in turn, foster improved planning, design and performance management of TMC's. This project would build off the proposed NCHRP project on Freeway Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting.
