The purpose of the TMC Pooled-Fund Study (PFS) is to initiate projects that address operational and human-centered issues associated with TMCs. Projects may involve conducting research and operational tests, preparing technical guidance and recommended practices, developing training, or pursuing technology transfer initiatives.
